From the artisans at Neudorf comes a rare sheep's milk washed rind. With distinctive sheep milk flavour, the washed rind is creamy yet retains a fudge like texture. Full of flavours of the farm, including a distinct yeastiness, this cheese is only made in Summer, and is a full flavoured washed rind that will provide a real difference to your cheese board.
A sweet stone fruit paste will pair well with the washed rind style cheese; plum and cherry work well.
Wine / Beer match:
Pair with a robust white or red that will not shrink under the dominant flavours of the washed rind.
