Made in a camembert style, this goat's milk cheese features a superbly creamy centre, encased within a mushroom hinted white mould casing. The distinctive goat's flavour is subtle and refined, and slowly reveals itself as the cheese melts on the palate. It has been referred by some eater's as "Goat's fudge", and comes in a convenient 140g wheel.
A small amount of a sweet fruit paste.
Wine / Beer match:
A white wine with medium acidity such as a Sauvignon Blanc, European style dry Rose' or Albariño is a perfect match for this luxurious creamy cheese.
