Little balls of decadence. These distinctively black garlic and truffle flavoured 'mouthfuls' have a very smooth soft texture. They can be spread on a classic French baguette or can be added to a salad, placed on a pizza, or simply enjoyed on a cheese platter, straight from the jar.

Leave the cheese submerged in oil after opening. 

Made right here in Auckland, New Zealand with cow's milk from the surrounding farming regions, Annabelle's love of cheese is inspired by her childhood spent in France where soft style cheeses were a staple part of her diet.

She has brought her passion to the New Zealand cheese making scene and now creates award winning fresh cheeses for all Kiwis to enjoy.

Comes in a 200g glass jar, and has a shelf life of 6 weeks.
