COVID-19 Update

The Artisan Hub will continue to operate and fulfil orders while Auckland is at COVID-19 Alert Level 3 and the rest of New Zealand is at Alert Level 2.

 

Operating safely 

We operate high safety and hygiene standards at all times, regardless of COVID-19 Alert Levels. Where cheese is required to be directly handled, our staff wear disposable gloves, wear clean clothes, and are provided with clean aprons.

Hand washing is mandatory before and after handling any products, and is also conducted frequently throughout the day.

Cheese cutting and packaging apparatus are washed and sanitised thoroughly before, during and after use.

Delivery And Pick Up

The Artisan Hub is continuing to dispatch and deliver orders nationwide while Auckland operates under COVID-19 Alert Level 3 utilising contactless courier delivery. If you wish to pick your item up, we can do this safely by providing a kerbside pick up service where physical distancing is maintained, and no contact with staff is engaged in.
