Delivery information for artisan cheese and gift hampers

Customers will be emailed or SMS (Text message) with delivery details, including track and trace number once the order has been dispatched.

All cheese deliveries are dispatched the following business day. The cheese will be couriered to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or rural addresses.

Cheese orders are dispatched with a cooling pad and insulated packaging to ensure the cheese arrives chilled and fresh. Delivery usually takes place overnight for metro areas and within 48 hours for rural areas. However please use the provided track and trace number to monitor progress of your delivery. A signature is required for delivery in most cases.

In the event attempted delivery is unsuccessful, the order will be returned to the local courier depot and a card to call left at the address. It is the customer's responsibility to get in touch with the courier company if delivery is unsuccessful. The Artisan Hub is unable to take responsibility for orders where delivery is attempted but no one is available to receive the order.

Delivery is only available in New Zealand.

For urgent deliveries inside the time frames specified please contact us via telephone as we may be able to assist with urgent orders on business days.

 

Delivery information for cheese platters

Cheese platters are only available for delivery in the Auckland Metro and North Shore area at present. 

Cheese platters can be delivered between Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Please indicate during the checkout process which day you require the cheese platter.

Cheese platters should be chilled until 1 hour before presentation and consumption for best flavour. It is suggested that cheese platters are not left out for more than 3-4 hours during normal conditions.

Your cheese platter will be hand delivered by one of our staff or associates. All equipment including platters, knives, spoons and other serving utensils and crockery will be included as part of your purchase. These items will need to returned to The Artisan Hub within 2 business days of the delivery of your cheese platter. At time of checkout, you will need to specify the day and time that these utensils can be delivered.

Upon delivery, you will be provided with a full inventory list of the items that have been provided as part of your order. Any items not returned within the two business days or items deemed to be damaged on return, will be charged to the customer's credit card.

 

 Delivery information for The Artisan Hub Cheese Subscriptions

All subscription cheese deliveries are dispatched the first Tuesday of the month. The cheese will be couriered to the address provided at the time of purchase. If you change your address, please update us as soon as possible.

Please note we are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses or rural addresses as we cannot guarantee a delivery time frame for orders to remain chilled.
