Manuka Cold Smoked Honeycomb

A world first, cold manuka smoked honey comb. The resulting flavour is an amazing infusion of sweet and smoky. 

Made locally in Matakana, just north of Auckland, by a dedicated and extremely passionate apiarist, this honey comb stands out from others with its distinctive thin honey comb wax. Meaning you don't suffer from a build up of wax on your teeth after every mouthful. 

The flavour of the honey is pure, complex and elegant, with its intense but not overbearing sweetness. Drawn from hives situated near Kanuka, and Manuka forests,  this is premier honeycomb and is used by some of the best chefs in Auckland in their high end restaurants.

Block weighs approx 340g and measures 11cm x 11cm.
