Brie De Moutere
With all the creaminess of a Brie de Meaux, this classic French style soft cheese will have you going back for taste after taste. Crafted from fresh A2 cow's milk, the mushroomy and forest floor tones are evident throughout the silky texture, with the white mould adding a slight crunchy texture that crumbles in the mouth.
A fruit paste; fig, apricot, plum, cherry, or berries. The pop of sweetness pairs beautifully with the earthy tones of the brie. Equally good with a high country pickle for a savoury twist
Wine / Beer Match :
A lighter white wine; Pinot Gris or unoaked Chardonnay provides an excellent companion or even a silky Martinborough Pinot Noir to draw out the earthy tones in the cheese.
