A soft yet firm white bloom Goat's cheese, with mushroomy notes. With a distinguishable classic goat taste, that is more subtle than overpowering, this is a delicious goat's cheese that work's perfectly on a cheese board, or cut up in salads or on pizza.

A sweet fruit paste, fig, or quince will work well.

Pair with:

Bubbles, light, slightly acidic white wines or rose. Beware of overly fruity flavours that will dominate the more delicately flavoured cheese.
