A classic 2 year aged version of the beautiful Dutch Gouda (How-da) style from the master cheese makers at Meyer Cheese. Full of caramel sweetness and classic Gouda tang that leaves the tongue a little tingly. Cheese crystals formed during the ageing process add a surprising crunchy to a firm cheese that melts smoothly on the palate. A beautiful cheese full of flavour made with milk sourced from farms in the Waikato.
