Goat Feta

A crumbly feta, with a light salting.  The cheese is firm enough to slice but also crumbles well and has a smooth and creamy texture on the palate. With the distinctive but mild goat tang this is the perfect addition to any meal; be it salads, vegetables, meat, grains, your favourite antipasto platter or even paired with seasonal fruit.
