Like peanut butter on the roof of your mouth, the creaminess of this medium cheese makes this cheese incredibly moorish. Similar to a Havarti style, the Tuakau Dream  offers a delicate flavour profile with subtle hints of acidity and sweet stone fruit.  

Pair With:

Delicious with a fruity paste, terrine or fruit salami. Serve with baguette, oat cakes or crackers, or simply enjoy by itself.

Match with a sweeter light white wine, e.g. Pinot Gris, Riesling, or lightly oaked Chardonnay.
